Hi, I'm Christine.
For more than 20 years, I've worked in and alongside e-commerce, retail, service-based, and product-driven businesses. I've sat inside them, consulted around them, and - maybe most usefully - built three of my own.
An art gallery and pottery studio on Main Street. A managed IT service provider and computer repair shop. A virtual digital agency working with keynote speakers and their affiliated partners.
Brick and mortar, twice. Fully virtual, once. Three completely different industries.
So when I say I know what it's like to wear every hat in the business, I mean it literally. Marketing. Sales. Customer service. Operations. Fulfillment. Problem-solving at 9pm because something broke and there's no one else to call. Somewhere in all of that, I noticed something.
Most businesses don't have a marketing problem. They have a clarity problem.
They're excellent at what they do. They know their products inside and out. They know their customers. They know exactly which problems they solve better than anyone else.
But explaining all of that clearly - to someone who doesn't already know the business - is where things quietly fall apart.
Prospects visit the website and leave without inquiring. Sales calls turn into long explanations instead of real conversations. Marketing feels like it should be working harder than it is. Customers compare you on price because the value never fully landed.
None of that is because the business lacks expertise. It's because the message isn't doing enough of the work yet.
That's where I come in. I partner with founder-led businesses generating $2M–$15M in annual revenue -` companies that have outgrown ad hoc marketing but aren't ready to hire a full-time marketing exec. Through my Brand Clarity Review, I help uncover what actually makes a business different, and put it into language customers immediately understand. From there, I work alongside owners to strengthen brand strategy, marketing strategy, and the systems that support real growth.
This isn't about creating more marketing for the sake of it. It's about creating enough clarity that your website, your content, your sales conversations, and your marketing are all finally telling the same story.
Because once people understand who you are, what you do, and why you're worth choosing - everything starts working better. Marketing gets easier to execute. Content gets easier to create. Sales conversations get more productive. Growth gets easier to support.
If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to learn more about your business.
A little about me outside of work:
I moved around a lot as a kid, which maybe explains why I've never been afraid to start over in a new industry. My parents owned their own businesses when I was a teenager, and I got pulled into that world early. I worked with my mom starting at 15, and by 17 I was juggling three jobs while finishing high school. I've been married almost 40 years, and we have one grown son. Our household also includes two very opinionated cats, Rian and Vi.
Outside of work, I'm a budding woodturner and 2D mixed media artist, still very much learning both, and enjoying that part. I love to travel, I'm a lifelong mystery novel reader, and I'm currently (slowly) learning to play Mahjong.
If you made it this far, we probably have a few things to talk about - the business kind or otherwise.
Let's talk. Send me a message
